Landing Page Redesign — UX/UI
Resolve Physician Agency
Overview
Resolve Physician Agency offers contract review services provided by attorneys specializing in physician employment contracts. The goal was to increase conversions from existing traffic and funnel physicians toward their most valuable review package.
My Role
I was tasked with rethinking how physicians interact with the contract review page while preserving SEO content that was already performing. This involved user research, persona development, wireframing, and iterative high-fidelity mockups tested live using Hotjar heatmaps.
Outcome
After two rounds of live A/B testing, conversions from organic search rose by 153% — from 2.74% to 6.94% — over two weeks post-launch.
Landing Page Campaign — Senior Living
LCS Paid Media Landing Pages
Overview
A series of 12 paid media landing pages designed and built for Life Care Services (LCS), one of the nation's leading senior living management companies. Each page was tailored to a specific community and optimized to convert paid traffic into qualified leads.
My Role
I designed and built each page within the LCS brand system — prominent contact forms, clear service tiers, photo galleries, floor plan sections, and trust indicators such as accreditation badges.
Scope & Delivery
12 pages delivered across multiple communities, each with community-specific messaging and Pardot form integration for lead capture and marketing automation.
Print Brochure Design
Rose Angels
Overview
Rose Angels is an angel investment group founded by Rose-Hulman alumni, focused on pre-seed and seed stage startups. The brief called for a trifold brochure communicating the group's mission, membership process, and investment philosophy.
My Role
I designed the full trifold layout from concept through print-ready files — establishing a visual identity using Rose Angels brand colors (deep red and charcoal) with bold typographic hierarchy.
Design Decisions
The diagonal color split on the cover panel draws the eye to the "Become an Angel" CTA. Interior panels use a dark-surface treatment to keep focus on content.
Mobile App Redesign — UX/UI Concept
MYZOU
Overview
MYZOU is the University of Missouri's student registration system — notoriously difficult on mobile. A personal redesign addressing real pain points students face when registering for courses and managing financial aid.
My Role
Self-directed from research through design. Conducted interviews with students, mapped information architecture, and produced wireframes and high-fidelity mockups across core user flows.
Key Design Decisions
Moved navigation to a bottom bar for thumb access. Added a persistent schedule panel during enrollment. Introduced step-by-step confirmation for high-stakes actions.
